To the bullied: It is not your fault you were picked on but; you need to be strong enough to speak up and tell as many people as you can till the right person finally listens and stops it.
To the depressed people: You will find happiness again just be patient<3
To the self harmers: you will find a reason to put down the blade one day hopefully its right now.
To the anorexic/bulimic people: your body is beautiful no matter what shape you are. Society is the ugly one making you think otherwise.
